Volume & Servings

Suggested Use

Shake well before use. Take one full dropper sublingually (under your tongue) or in a small glass of water 2-3 times daily.

How Much Should I Take?

CBD is used for a wide range of purposes and ideal serving sizes can vary widely. Your best serving size has everything to do with your unique body weight, chemistry, metabolism, and other physiological factors.

The best recommendation is to start with small amounts and gradually increase until you experience the desired outcome.

How Long Until I Feel The Effects?

Unlike drugs, most natural remedies don’t provide instant relief. Your body is a complex and incredible machine…it needs time to adjust! We encourage you to try a full bottle to give it a chance to work for you.

Taking larger doses, and holding the product under your tongue for longer will increase the likelihood of experiencing an outcome sooner. You have 90 days to try it, so take your time!

Are There Any Side Effects?

Research shows that there are little to no adverse effects from taking CBD daily. That said, we encourage you to do your research, as everybody’s body chemistry is different.

How Should I Store It?

Store Sleep Well in a cool, dry place, away from direct heat and sunlight. Ensure that the cap is tight between uses. Refrigeration is unnecessary but will prolong shelf life beyond the standard of 1 year.

What Does Full-Spectrum Hemp Extract Mean?

Our CBD-Rich Full-Spectrum Hemp Extract is made from organically grown, non-GMO hemp plants using the Activated Glycerin method, ensuring that you receive the full spectrum of active compounds, including the entire complex of phytocannabinoids, flavonoids, and terpenes.

Products that are made with “Broad Spectrum” extracts or “CBD Isolate” do not contain the full profile of plant compounds and may not possess the same synergistic effects.

We start with whole plant biomass (CBD-rich flowering hemp, leaves and stock), and heat it at 160 degrees F for 5 hours. This process is the tried and true herbalist method to ensure maximum bioavailability.

We don’t produce “CBD oil”, because oils are not fully bioavailable. Our high-efficiency ratings are due to our extraction method. Don’t waste your money on expensive, super-concentrated products that don’t fully absorb into your bloodstream!

Our products are 3rd-party lab-tested to ensure potency. Due to the individual variations of different plant batches, we cannot guarantee that all phytocannabinoids will be present in identical amounts. Every bottle is clearly labeled with the current batch.

What is CBD?

Cannabidiol (CBD) is a phytocannabinoid found primarily in the flowers and leaves of the hemp plant. It is one of some 113 identified cannabinoids and accounts for up to 40% of the plant’s extract. In 2018, clinical research on CBD included preliminary studies on anxiety, cognition, movement disorders, and pain.

CBD works by interacting with the body’s endocannabinoid system, a network of receptors that respond to the body’s own naturally produced cannabinoid-like compounds. The cannabinoid receptors are broken into two categories: CB1 and CB2. CB1 receptors are found in highest concentration in the brain and central nervous system, whereas both CB1 and CB2 receptors are found throughout the rest of the body and peripheral tissues. These receptors essentially act as switches that are turned on and off by the presence of cannabinoids that bind with them.

When we ingest cannabinoids from an external source, the body’s endocannabinoid system responds by signaling various effects throughout the body, many of which we are just now starting to research and understand.

What are Terpenes?

Terpenes are a large and diverse group of organic compounds that are produced by several plants, including hemp. Terpenes are secreted from the same parts of the hemp plant that produce CBD and other cannabinoids. Terpenes play an important role in differentiating the effects of various hemp strains and the distinctive taste and scent of the products created with them.

Terpenes play an important role for hemp plants, repelling predatory insects and animals and attracting pollinators. Depending on the location, climate, and weather where hemp is grown, the terpene profile can vary widely. Terpene concentration is also affected by the age and maturation of the plants at the time of harvest.

Although much research has been focused on cannabinoids like CBD and THC, growing evidence is demonstrating a diverse array of effects from terpenes as well.

There are over 100 different types of terpenes that have been identified in hemp alone, many of which have also been identified in other plants, contributing to similarities in the scent profile between hemp and other common botanicals.

Will CBD Get Me High?

CBD does NOT cause a user to get “high”. THC is the cannabinoid normally associated with the “high” from cannabis use. For CBD to be sold legally in the US, it must contain less than 0.3% THC. Our 3rd-party lab tests show that all of our products have exceedingly low levels of THC.

What Are The Differences Between Hemp and Marijuana?

Although both hemp and marijuana are technically from the same Cannabaceae family, selective breeding has resulted in significant differences in their appearance and chemical composition. Marijuana is typically cultivated to have a high concentration of THC, whereas hemp is grown to be high in CBD.

Is It Legal For Me To Order This?

Yes! CBD products made from hemp grown on registered farms are legal to sell and purchase in all 50 states, as long as they contain less than 0.3% THC. All our products are tested and guaranteed for quality, consistency, and purity.
